This site is a service to facilitate booking extra curricular activities at Stepaside Educate Together National School.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Contact forms
If you fill in a contact form the information is emailed to an administrator. The information will only be used to answer the query raised. The information is also stored on the website and automatically deleted after 30 days.
Cookies
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information. Login cookies last for two days. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
Analytics
The site uses Google Analytics to monitor usage levels to aid capacity planning. Visitor IP addresses are anonymized before being sent to Google Analytics. You may read the Google Privacy Policies. Google provides an Opt-out Browser Add-on if you wish to block Google cookies.
Contact information
To make a booking you must provide your contact details to allow the school or class teacher to contact you about the class and in an emergency.
Who we share your data with
Booking information is shared with the school and the class providers. Each only receives the information they need to run the class.
How long we retain your data
For users that register on our website, we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time. Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
To facilitate pre-enrolment for second and subsequent school terms, booking information for prior terms is required to verify eligibility for pre-enrolment to a class.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

How we protect your data
All software on the site is regularly updated. The site has a SSL certificate to ensure that data sent between the site and the user’s browser is encrypted. User accounts do not have access to information about other users.
