Even though ECAreg.ie is mobile-friendly, for best user experience it’s recommended to use a laptop or desktop computer whenever using the booking system. <\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Welcome to the ECA Demo booking portal<\/i><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Before you can book any activity please register an account<\/strong>, go to ‘Registration<\/a>‘ – add your email address and create a password. Then click on ‘My Account<\/a>‘ and log in<\/strong> with those details.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you have an account with us already, please go to ‘My Account<\/a>‘ and fill in your login<\/strong> details. If you can’t remember your password, or would like to change your password<\/strong>, please click ‘Lost your password’<\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

After finishing bookings you can logout<\/strong> under ‘My Account<\/a>‘ again. You can find all links in the top navigation bar<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

INSTRUCTIONS – HOW TO USE THE BOOKING PORTAL<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\nHOW TO BOOK PLACES - to open and close information please click here<\/u><\/span>

You can choose activities for more than one child<\/strong> from each category, Junior & Senior Infant activities, 1st-6th class activities, and Homework Club during the same selection.<\/span><\/p>\n

Select the activity of your choice<\/strong>, this will bring you to a booking page. <\/span><\/p>\n

Then choose the number of places<\/strong> you would like to book. Please fill in the details for each child<\/strong> attending the activity and click the ‘Send your booking<\/i>‘ button. (We need student details for each activity as these have to be passed on to each ECA provider.)<\/span><\/p>\n

You can keep track of any added activities in your ‘Event Bookings Cart<\/strong>‘ in the right sidebar.<\/em><\/p>\n

You can either return to the ‘Extra-curricular activities’<\/em> page to choose more activities<\/strong> for your child(ren) or click ‘View my cart<\/i><\/strong>‘ to either review your selection or proceed to \u2018Check out<\/i><\/strong>\u2019. Added activities can only be held in your ‘Cart<\/i>‘ until the class is fully booked. Once the class is fully booked, your reservation will be gone, a place is only confirmed once it is paid for, so you need to checkout please.<\/span><\/p>\n

In \u2018View my cart<\/i>\u2019 you can click on ‘Detail<\/i>‘ under each activity to review all details added to this booking. You also have the option to delete any activity from your ‘Cart<\/i>‘. If you would like to amend the number of places<\/strong> for an activity, you have to delete that activity from your ‘Cart’<\/em> and then add it again and choose the correct number of places<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Once you are happy with your choice please click ‘Proceed to Checkout<\/i>‘.<\/span><\/p>\n

Homework Club:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The “Homework Club” will be held every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. There will be a \u20ac5 charge per class per day and bookings will be for the full 12 weeks of the Extra-Curricular Activities term. Parents can choose to sign up their child(ren) to attend either one, two, three or four days per week for the 12-week term.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

(Homework Club Monday T1 will display a waiting list if you would like to try it.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Re-enrolment – Term 2<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You will only be able to re-enrol any of the 2nd term courses if you have booked the same course in term 1<\/strong>.
Please note, ‘Yoga J&S’ is not going ahead in term 2 therefore anybody who participated in ‘Yoga J&S – T1’ and ‘Pilates J&S – T1’<\/span> has preference to book ‘Pilates J&S – T2’<\/span>.
‘Anyone4Science – T1’<\/span> is finished but children of that course get preference to book ‘Anyone4Chemistry – T2’<\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
